It goes without saying that this hotel is exceptional in every way. The interior design, the location, the food, the staff, and the rooms. Simply just pure luxury. The newly renovated Dorchester in Park Lane had a beautiful gold, black and white makeover in 2023, with a collection of beautiful art pieces in the walls that perfectly balances elegance and trendiness.

With a spa, Michelin-Star restaurant and boutique bedrooms, The Dorchester features a landscaped terrace and famous tearooms. The Hotel also has an outdoor cafeteria to soak up the sun in the beautiful London summer. The new addition of the Cake & Flowers boutique shop on the corner of the main entrance added even more unique elegance to this gorgeous hotel.

The hotels’ décor and artwork means you will be staring right and left from the moment you enter. The services are just as amazing. The Dorchester Spa features chandeliers made from South-Pacific pearls and offers a range of beauty treatments and therapies. There is also a fitness centre and chic relaxation room. The hotel features floral arrangements, freshly prepared every day. The sumptuous 5-star rooms all feature an Italian-marble bathroom with fluffy bathrobes. All rooms also have scenic views over Hyde Park or the hotel’s terraces.

Your luxury eating options in the Dorchester as numerous and diverse. Top chef Alain Ducasse serves fine French cuisine, while The Grill by Tom Booton offers a modern British menu. Indulgent afternoon teas are served in The Promenade with its iconic piano, and guests can enjoy cocktails and fine spirits in the stylish bars. You should not forget to also check out China Tang, personally my favourite Chinese food in London. With the increase of the wealthy Middle Eastern population who love dwelling in top hotels, the Dorchester now serves some Halal options in its indulgent menus.

Location wise, The Dorchester overlooks London’s most famous park: Hyde Park, and is situated in prestigious Mayfair with a 10-minute walk from Knightsbridge. The Museum Mile is a 20-minute walk, and Oxford Street is just a mile away. The Dorchester has superb reviews on every platform, and has been home to many celebrities and VIPs over the years.
